Daniel Fabio Di Pietro

Daniel Fabio di Pietro graduated from University of Studies Bicocca in Milan, after writing his dissertation at the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.

In 2016 he was selected as Intern at Eurojust (European Agency for Anti-mafia Cooperation and Counter-Terrorism), in Den Haag (Holland), supporting Italian Desk’s Magistrates for important transnational investigative and international judicial cooperation’s operations.

During 2017 and 2018 he completed his internship at the Public Prosecutor’s Office by the Milan Juvenile Court, where he was able to deepen his knowledge of criminal and civil matters, also in the area of Juvenile Law.

​

He was the author and radio host of the transmission “L’ORA LEGALE”, airing on national broadcaster Radio Lattemiele.

He practiced his legal training at leading civil law firms in Milan, dealing specially with IT Criminal Law, Juvenile and Family Criminal Law, Transnational Criminal Law.

Daniel Fabio Di Pietro has been signed on the Register of Certified Lawyers of Milan since January 2020. In 2020 he has been nominated as counselor in the Forensic assotiation board "IUS ET VIS" in the "young lawyers and apprentices area"
